The PIDC Members represented by their Heads of Immigration or Senior Executive staff hold a Regular Annual Meeting to discuss challenges and threats faced by immigration agencies, develop collaborative responses, enhance understanding of global migration issues, and develop agreed priorities for the organization.

PIDC Members annually elect Board Members at its Regular Annual Meetings to provide regular oversight of PIDC Secretariat’s activities. The Board is led by the Chairperson and they meet three times in a year to monitor the implementation of the organisation’s annual work plan.
