Oceania Customs Organisation (OCO)
The mission of the OCO is to promote efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of Customs administrations in Oceania, with particular emphasis on the needs of Customs administration of developing countries.

Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR)
The agency is mandated to lead and co-ordinate international action to protect refugees and resolve refugee problems worldwide. Its primary purpose is to safeguard the rights and well-being of refugees. It strives to ensure that everyone can exercise the right to seek asylum and find safe refuge in another State, with the option to return home voluntarily, integrate locally or to resettle in a third country. It also has a mandate to help stateless people.

The UNHCR provides a 24/7 telephone hotline for Pacific Island Countries to provide advice and guidance when authorities encounter a person fearful of return to their home country. The number to call is  +61 408 619 052. For more details read the Non-Expulsion Checklist.

International Organization for Migration (IOM)
IOM works to help ensure the orderly and humane management of migration, to promote international cooperation on migration issues, to assist in the search for practical solutions to migration problems and to provide humanitarian assistance to migrants in need, including refugees and internally displaced people.

United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC)
UNODC is mandated to assist Member States in their struggle against illicit drugs, crime and terrorism. This includes efforts to tackle human trafficking and the smuggling of migrants.

Pacific Islands Chiefs of Police (PICP)
The Pacific Islands Chiefs of Police (PICP) is a non-profit organisation made up of police services in the Pacific. The PICP works to enhance and improve policing and communication in the Pacific by promoting and providing a voice on law enforcement and social policy concerns. We also provide a forum to share information and intelligence to counter transnational crime in the region.

Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat (PIFS)
The Pacific Islands Forum is a political grouping of 16 independent and self-governing states. The Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat is based in Suva, Fiji. The Secretariat's mandate is delivered through the annual Leaders' Communiqués and high level ministerial meeting decisions.

Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC)
SPC assists the people of the region by delivering a wide range of technical, research, educational and planning services, including around maritime issues, biosecurity and human rights.
